What Suprflo is
Suprflo is a production memory layer for AI agents. It extracts facts from conversations, deduplicates them, stores them bi-temporally in Postgres, and recalls them via hybrid search.
The design goal is unglamorous and specific: an agent should be able to answer what did I know about this user, and when did I know it. It should do that without a bespoke data plane, a proprietary store, or a migration you cannot reverse. Every memory is a row in Postgres you can query and export.
Suprflo is in private pre-launch. Access is granted from the waitlist.
Who builds it
Baaz was founded in 2018 in Bangalore, India by Chitresh Parihar. Since then it has built and shipped production software for enterprises: vision intelligence, application modernisation, process automation, supply chain, and the ERP and CRM systems underneath them.
Suprflo came out of that work rather than a whiteboard. Building agent systems for other people’s businesses surfaced the same failure repeatedly: agents that could reason well and remember nothing. The memory layer we kept rebuilding per project became the product.
How we talk about numbers
The benchmark figures on this site are our own runs, not third-party evaluations. We report the sample size next to every number, and we label preliminary results as preliminary. Where a score improved after we audited failures against source data, we say so and show both figures.
We would rather publish a smaller verified number than a larger unverifiable one. If you find a claim on this site you cannot check, that is a bug. Write to hq@suprflo.com, and we will either substantiate it or remove it.
