01Who you are agreeing with

This website is operated by ATIIAD Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (trading as Baaz), a company registered in India with its registered office at WeWork, RMZ Latitude, Hebbal, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560024, India. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company; “you” means the person or organisation using the site.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

02What the site is for

This site describes Suprflo, a memory layer for AI agents, and lets you request early access. The product walkthroughs are animated illustrations of how the system works. They are demonstrations, not live instances of the product, and the figures shown in them are representative rather than measurements of your workload.

03Early access and the waitlist

Submitting the waitlist form is a request, not a contract. It does not oblige us to grant access, and it does not oblige you to take it. We may prioritise, defer or decline any request at our discretion, and we may close or change the waitlist programme at any time.

If we do grant access, it will be governed by a separate written agreement covering licensing, service levels, data processing and payment. Those terms - not these - will govern your use of the product.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site in a way that breaks any applicable law;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure, or any system or network connected to it;
• probe, scan, load-test or otherwise interfere with the availability of the site without our prior written consent;
• scrape or bulk-download the site in a way that degrades it for others, or in breach of our robots.txt;
• submit anyone else’s personal data, confidential information, or credentials through the waitlist form;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us or requesting access.

Automated access by search engine and AI crawlers is welcome within the rules published in our robots.txt and llms.txt.

05Intellectual property

The site and its contents - text, design, layout, graphics, animations, and the Suprflo and Baaz names and logos - are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view the site for the purpose of evaluating the product.

You may quote reasonable extracts from the site - including in AI-generated answers - with attribution to Suprflo and, where practical, a link to suprflo.com. You may not reproduce the site wholesale, present it as your own, or use our names or logos in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership we have not agreed to.

Third-party names and marks referenced on this site - including those of other memory, model and database vendors - belong to their respective owners. Mention of them is descriptive comparison and does not imply affiliation or endorsement in either direction.

06Anything you send us

If you send us feedback, suggestions or ideas about Suprflo, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them without obligation or compensation to you. We will not identify you as the source publicly without your permission. Please do not send us anything you consider confidential unless we have a written agreement covering it.

07Benchmark and performance claims

This site publishes benchmark results - including scores on LoCoMo, LongMemEval and BEAM - together with the sample sizes they were measured on.

• These are our own runs. They have not been independently audited or verified by a third party.
• Results labelled preliminary were measured on a stated subset and may change when the full set completes.
• Benchmark scores measure performance on public datasets under stated conditions. They are not a prediction of performance on your data, your models, or your workload.
• Latency and cost figures are illustrative and depend on configuration, model choice, region and load.

Comparisons to other products are based on those vendors’ own published figures at the time of writing, which may since have changed. Nothing on this site is a warranty of performance.

08Availability and changes

We provide this site on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its content is complete or current.

09External links

The site links to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

10Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising from your use of - or inability to use - this site, even if we were advised such loss was possible.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.

11Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the site.

12Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

13Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, and disputes may be referred to arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws in your country of residence.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
